Carol Ann Schwartz, 69, of Wills Point, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2019, at UT Health in Tyler. She was born on Dec. 17, 1949, at Fort Clayton Military Base in the Panama Canal zone. She was the daughter of Lucille and Kellie Brau.
She was raised in an Air Force family so she lived in many places throughout the years, most recently Wills Point, where she made her home for the last 34 years.
She worked as an insurance claim adjuster for 40 years. She enjoyed camping, cooking and entertaining her family, genealogy, traveling, gardening, and crocheting.
Those left behind with cherished memories of her are sons, Larry Wayne Schwartz Jr. of Wills Point, Christopher Dale Schwartz Sr. and Patricia Ann of Wills Point; daughter, Natalie Wells of Wills Point; sisters, Mary Burgess of Keller, Lucy Stewart and Wes of North Richland Hills, Jo Robinson and Craig of Frankston; brothers, Lee Brau and Sara of Canton, John Brau and Kathy of Argyle, Paul Brau of Mansfield, and Kurt Brau of Irving; grandchildren, Brandon, Joshua, K’Lee, Kelly, C.J., Clayton, and Corey; 10 great-grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Larry, of 40 years.
A funeral service was held Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point. Burial was at Locust Grove Cemetery.
