Patsy Marie Dalby, 79, of Wills Point, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2020, in Canton. She was born Jan. 16, 1941, in Mount Calm, to parents Andrew Jackson Norris and Mary Bozeman Norris.
Arrangements were under direction of Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home.
