Funeral services for Stephen Fuller Wilkinson, 34, of Allen, Texas, formerly of Wills Point and Edgewood, Texas, were held Oct. 2, 2021, at Hiett’s Lybrand Funeral Home in Wills Point. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery in Edgewood.

Stephen passed away on Sunday, Sept. 26, 2021, at his home in Allen.

Stephen Fuller Wilkinson was born on July 15, 1987, in Terrell, Texas, to parents Glenn Alan Wilkinson and Stella Robertson Wilkinson. He was raised between Wills Point and Edgewood and graduated from Wills Point High School, Class of 2006. Stephen was proud to serve his country in the United States Army, having served two tours of duty in Iraq. He married Kaitlin Eagan in Canton on May 14, 2007, and they had two children, Jude and Lanie. Stephen was a general contractor in the roofing industry. He enjoyed playing video games, loved to clean and cook for his family and was even starting his own cleaning business. He absolutely loved playing with all of his nieces and nephews including the adopted ones. Stephen was loved and will be missed by many.

He is preceded in death by his father, Glenn Alan Wilkinson Sr.; grandfather, Billy Joe Robertson; grandfather, Bobby Jenkins; grandmother, Teresa Robertson and uncles, Billy Joe Robertson, Jr. and Phillip Gonzales.

Stephen is survived by his wife, Kaitlin Wilkinson of Allen; mother, Stella Wyer of Maryland; father, Joe Wilkinson of Allen; son, Jude Warren; daughter, Lanie Lee Wilkinson of Allen; brothers, Glenn Alan Wilkinson Jr. and wife Kseniia of Allen, and Gary Don Wilkinson and wife Laura of Quinlan; sister, Sabrina Ann Cates and fiancé Zack of Aubrey; grandmother, Tommie Jenkins of Edgewood, along with numerous other family members and friends.
