The Artist on the Lake

The Holiday Season brings with it a host of Christmas activities sights to see. Huge meals and delightful sweets and treats, a brightly lit tree, and hundreds of thousands of bright, colorful lights that capture the eyes of men, woman and children, all symbolizing what begins to look a lot like Christmas.

If you drive along Highway 751, you get a glimpse of the yearly show of lights that brighten the side of Lake Tawakoni. With lights as far as the eye can see and a yard filled with blissful holiday displays, Rodney Jennings makes it a point to give people something to enjoy during the holidays.

“My house actually faces 751,” said Jennings. “So I’ve got a great way to display things there because it’s a very long stretch of highway.”
